"SHAKTI" make "Super Oil" expeller perfect in all respects offer them easy solution. It gives maximum oil yield and most economical easy working, it gives cake in single crushing resulting oil residual in cake not more than 6 to 6.5% depending upon the moisture of the seeds and its oil contents. DESIGN: This expeller is a combination of various world fame designed oil expellers. Its gear box and drive arrangement is similar to "Sohle" and modern expellers. Rest of the design is similar to "Krupp" Standard and "Anderson" expellers having, sturdy and yet simple construction.

GEAR BOX: Four geared, end driven, complete oil bath, completely ball bearised, with heigh D.P. longer ratio steel gears; extra heavy roller and thrust bearings; all frame, complete gear box made from steel only & not from Cast Iron.

It assures smooth working at lesser resistance as the machine moves quite smoothly and easily. It works at lower consumption of H.P.

Rest two frames of heavy steel are fitted to gear box by four heavy 2" tie rods and at based on heavy M.S.Channels by 1" four bolts to each frame and gear box.

This sturdy construction keeps alignment in perfect position under any heavy pressure.

Thrust load is adjusted on both the ends by heavy thrust and taper roller bearings.

Enough big round or long heating kettle is provided to cook seeds properly. Pressure feeding arrangement is provided in both types of kettle. This assures perfect pressing and helps to get more yield.

As an alternative choice of the customer, Round or Long heating kettle is supplied with expeller.

BARREL: Made from 1.25" thick M.S.Plates.

WORM ARRANGEMENT: High pressure worms are used to enable perfect crushing resulting in maximum oil yield.

IN BRIEF IT IS ALL STEEL EXPELLER. PERFECTLY DESIGNED AND MADE TO GIVE MAXIMUM PRODUCTION, MAXIMUM OIL YIELD, SMOOTH, EASY AND ECONOMICAL WORKING.
